The pre-order secures your place in line to submit a vehicle purchase order. When we reach your place in line, you will be contacted by us and submit your purchase order. This is expected to occur in Q4 2022.
2. Is the pre-order fee refundable?
Yes, the pre-order fee of 5,000 AED is fully refundable. If you wish to cancel your pre-order, please contact us and provide your pre-order Confirmation Number provided in the Confirmation email you received.
3. How do I pre-order a BMW iX?
You can place your pre-order in 2 easy steps:

You will receive a confirmation email with your Confirmation Number and we will contact you to provide more information about delivery time.
4. When will I receive my BMW iX?
Deliveries of The iX start in Q4 2022. Delivery times may vary dependent on when your pre-order was placed and when your vehicle has been configured with us. Your selected model, trim and option selections will influence the delivery time of your vehicle, and we will provide delivery and timing updates throughout the process.
5. Did my BMW iX pre-order go through?Upon pre-ordering The iX, you will receive an email with your Confirmation Number. If you didn’t receive an email, please contact us.
